Hello, I have booked a Flat in Shriram Smrith North Block around 2.5 years back and has been waiting for the North Block to come up.
Q: Recently they informed me either to take back the booking amount or continue with Shriram Smrithi by paying current booking price. How can they increase the price when we already booked the Flat in prelaunch offer and has been waiting for the construction to start?Did anyone faced the same problem?If yes could you please let know how did you resolve this issue?

My comments to replies
builder has provided two options. 1. to take back the money with bank interest 2. pay the appreciation and continue i have taken the second option.
Sale deed was completed at that time ? ie within 45 days after booking ?
