Q: As allottee have recently received letter from BPTP which encloses and addendum to the Buyer Seller Agreement. Addendum states that BPTP wants to reduce in writing the fact that it has never demanded installments at intervals less than 30 days. This is not correct. Have proof that their demandsd have been spaced out by 28 days at times. there is a service tax angle to it also. Anyone knows what?

Dear Anand, I chanced to see your post today, while accessing the forum. I agree with you completely, and had raised this observation a couple of months back (15th May to be precise), when I was asked to sign. Since no one on the forum responded back, so I had signed the addendum note. Incidentally that note was never returned back to me by BPTP. Just curious, if you had signed as well? Also curious if you have had a chance to check with BPTP the likely possession date as they have almost taken 75% of the payment and therefore must be sure of the construction stage. Will appreciate your response. Thanks.Dear Anand, I chanced to see your post today, while accessing the forum. I agree with you, Anand. In fact, no further demand has been made ever since I signed the addendum. In which block is your unit? And what is the likely possession timeframe and if the value is appreciating? Appreciate your response. Thanks, Joy.I agree with you, Anand. Hello All. I had bought a monet floor in BPTP astaire gardens in Feb 2011. They have already taken more than 95% payment from me. What is the date of possession? Does anyone know? . Kindly help.
Hi Kunal and Others, Some of the active buyers, like Neehar, Puneet have formed Astaire Gardens Floor Buyers' Association. Incidentally, about 25 of us met with their director Mr.Sandeep Bedi on Monday (25th May) to seek possession time frame. He has further sought time until Friday 29th May. You may want to join this meeting tomorrow at 3:00 pm at BPTP Crest. Pls. reach out to Neehar or Puneet to add you to Whatsapp group and Google group. Regards.
