I agree with you completely, and had raised this observation a couple of months back (15th May to be precise), when I was asked to sign. Since no one on the forum responded back, so I had signed the addendum note. Incidentally that note was never returned back to me by BPTP. Just curious, if you had signed as well? Also curious if you have had a chance to check with BPTP the likely possession date as they have almost taken 75% of the payment and therefore must be sure of the construction stage.
