Sairung developers is asking to pay heavy maintenance to keep one security at their sites where they have sold land plots to customers. Please be aware on this.
Guys, I had booked a plot with Sirung in Bellisimo project and cancelled it after screening plot papers. More that a year of follow up they have not refunded my money till date. In response to my posts on social media, some of Sairung Victims have already approached me and we now as a group going to take the next steps against Sairung. I bought a plot of Sairung, 3 months ago and I have been very happy with their service and maintenance of the project. I thought the rate was high by market price as per sqft but now to think that it was totally worth it. The value they give to their customer even after the booking makes you feel quite special. I have referred Sairung to all my colleagues and my family members in kolhapur. Looking to save some more money and buy one more plot with Sairung in the near future.
I raised a Police complaint against Sairung. Police said there are multiple complains against Sairung. I had a discussion with PSI Mr. Godase. He asked me to put his content no on social media so that If any of you get victimized by Sairung, you can immediately call Mr Godase on his cell no - 7798825710. Because of the negative comments on commonfloor and all socail platform about sairung i have decide not to purchase a plot from their realestate firm. But one of my friend told me visit them once after decide wheather to purchase or not. So when i visit to sairung they clear my doubt regard the plot location and future growth so i liked project near wagholi and booked a plot
Have you asked their cancellation and refund policy, maintenance policy. For any reason if you cancel or take any NOT GOOD PATH for SAIRUNG, your NIGHTMARE will start. I did the same. I cancelled my booking as I was not happy with plot documents and my NIGHTMARE started. Since last one year I am following up for refund of my booking amount of 7 lac. And I am finally lodged a Police complaint before sending a legal notice (read my all reviews on CF and Mouthshut). I wish you don't get into such situation and will not join unfortunate people club who invested with Sairung.

What happened to me? give me your email id, I will fwd you whole mail trail with Sairung. NO FAULT OF MINE IF I CANCELLED MY BOOKING. Since last one year and till date they are still bluffing me by saying they will call me this day that day but that call never came. Interestingly they are bluffing Police also. Now Police is preparing for action against them.Wish you good luck and no look back, no cancellation (any transaction where money flows out of Sairung) ever else what is happening with me and many many others may happen to you as well. Just a request, pls explore how many cases are pending in different courts against Sairung? These Sairung Victims were not NORMAL ppl like you or me or they came from different planet? Their team was with me every step of the way. They always answered my every call or email no what what time of day or night it was. Their professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that they were trying to sell me a plot, but the manager was a mentor to answer my questions and help me make the best decision for my family to buy a plot
Does their "professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic" not allowing them to refund my booking amount of 7 lacs after I cancelled the booking?

Sairung vision and management is excellent customer service nice. I proud to invest with sairung developers in their project around pune. Excellent transparency deal and faith is maintained by them.The service and guidance of sairung developers is very good.The cooperation by sairung staff is excellent.sairung always tries to solve customer problems
