Q: In the web site http://www.greenfieldcity.com (Frequesntly asked questions by the buyer) segment completion time is given as follows: Phase III, Block Name: Elite, Block Type:B, Block No:22. Possession time(plus six months grace period:June-2014) But as per letter of offer it is clearly mentioned that " the building shall be completed by the builder within day of 31st January 2014, pulse a grace period of 6 months subject however to force majeure". Since 08 months no progress had been made which is indeed very slow. Is there any detail time schedule to complete the phases? Otherwise how we will follow up?

Uptil now greenfield is just giving reciepts and allotment papers on his letterpad. Is that OK or one should get written on the stamp paper. Or the correct procedure is at the time of possesion. On wht value will stamp duty of MIG Classic flats be determined in Greenfield. Will it be on Market Value or on allotment amount.
I too want to know as i have booked a flat in classic Block 63. when this stamp duty money has to be paid and i will recieve after the last payment of during possesion.
