MRR Developers, Kengeri, Bangalore have a project named "MRR Horizon" near Bidadi on Mysore Road. They are quoting a price of 1099/sqft negotiable.
1) Is anyone aware about the reputation of this builder?
2) What is government rate in that area?
3) Reliability of the Developer

I want to have feedback on NEHA RESIDENCY developed by Mathrushree Properties on Chunchakuppa Rd (Near Big Banyan Tree, Mysore Rd). Is the developer genuine/reliable? What is the rate/sqft? They said 100% sites are released.
