Q: Hi , I have booked an under construction flat in Pune and have recently got the registration done too. I have already paid 60 % of the flat cost and yet to avail bank loan. As Iam not satisfied with the quality of construction , I wish to come out of this transaction. Please offer your considered opinion as to 1) Whether I can resell the flat to the builder , If so am I entitled to the present market rate,which is higher than the booking rate. 2) Whether you suggest me to make the full payment and sell the flat to a third party after I take posession of the flat. Thanks!!
Latest Answer: Sacheen, i have been hearing these days that sales are not good even for leading developers. So what u have thought of seems to be a bad idea currently. The value for resale may not be great too. why dont u try to sell it after one or two years, may be once the values rise..
