Q: Hi, we are thinking of buying a 3BHK flat in Purva Highlands. The builder is asking us Rs. 3390 per sq ft. Is that too expensive for the area? Also, can any current residents provide information about whether the area beside Highlands is being developed? Also, is there an association already formed by the residents of Purva highlands? Whats the deal wrt Khata Transfer?

You don't have to travel 20 kms from CBD to invite trouble! An email to tritonsudhir@gmail.com will give you the real picture of the project. I am the owner and struggling to get out of this mess. There are something's that you will never get to know until you buy an apartment in Purva Highland. But before you buy an apartment, it is important to know what you are getting into. I am an owner of an apartment in Purva Highland. While your money can buy an apartment in Purva Highland, what it cannot buy is peace of mind.
