thanks basavaraj, Is there any group of Mantri Serenity owners, which are sharing their experiences. I would like to be part of that. though there is a committment from M/s mantri that I phase would be handed over by 31st Jan, 2014, it seems they are delaying it upto June '14. Yesterday I went to site, there is hardly any progress in past two months.
Hi Shripad I have booked a flat in phase 2, and they said the construction will start from Aug 2013 Also wanted to know did they give any discount?
