Before Investing , pls ask the following questions to builder 1. Have they transferred the sinking fund to Phase I owners? What did the maintenance agency done with the sinking fund interest for the last 4 years? 2. What is the plan for approach road? Is the existing one enough ? who is going to maintain it? 3. How the water is arranged now? How many borewells are digged and how many are functional? what is the plan for Kaveri? Do they have the sanction? 4. ask to produce the tax payment details for the apartment 5. Who is handling the maintenance now? Why it is done by that particular agency? 6.
