No commitments from the builders earthcon on casa Grande-2... I have also booked a studio flat in Beetle suites Ph-2 5 years back and no work ( not even ground breaking!) has started and builder is not refunding money. Pl advise what should be done?

When is the last meeting with the builder? Dis you ask about the possession date? Have you ever visited the project site? What is the current status of the project? I think if you have invested a heavy amount then you should expense a little more to visit the developers office or the project site for the current status.
