They are Cheaters !!!
Q: They Promised with Pre-EMI but not honouring after taking Rs 1 lakh as advance .Case has been filed in Hyderabad Consumer Court .

hi Ramreddy, This is Sudhan and I have the same issue, They are big time Cheaters and the agreements are all one sided agreements. I am thinking about taking legal action too and thought would be good idea if we fight collectively. Did Anyone has a Pre-EMI offer from Aditya Empress Towers
Q: They sent me a Sales contract with Pre EMI offer(After taking Rs 1 lakh Advance) and not honouring their offer after the Loan approval from HDFC. The reason might be there is little price improvement in Hyderabad and taking it to their advantage.How one can tolerate such ugly behaviour from builder? I filed a case in Hyderabad Consumer Court and waiting for the Final result. This builder needs to be punished harshly by the society and will happen eventually..

You can join the Owners group to get in touch with other owners for the project and discuss, if they are also facing the same problem.
Hi Ramreddy, I have the same issue. They cancelled my pre-EMI for some stupid mistake on their side. I am actually looking to file a complaint too, so any update on your case.
