delayed possession
Q: We are very upset with M2K is delaying the allotment of flats.They promised that November 2012...there is no word till date....we will never recommernd this buider to our family or friends....can anyone help here?

Hi there..All those like me who have availed housing loans (from Axis Bank especially) are not getting Possession Letters because of the tussle between the bank and the builder over the NOC. Requesting you all to come together and fight the builder.

Hi geeta..why don't you owners have a discussion and take serious action against him..?? If something is written on papers, then you can always file a complaint against builder.
The builder has constructed illegal Basements in all plots which requires HUDA approval. Hopefully it will clear through this month. Next electricity and water connections will be applied. hope for 2 mnths for possession.
