I had booked a plot in GCC Samruddhi in 2016 for amount of 350 Rs with pre condition of joining self owned bank by transcity. Now after a year, they demand amount of around 80K as extra fees along with 350 Rs per square feet of booked plot size. The extra amount includes registration and other charges and still I am waiting for my selected plot . My plot area is not yet bought by developers and approved. The time when I booked, they showed other projects which were almost ready for registration of price 450Rs. I feel I could have taken that project and completed my registration also for completed projects..
