Possession date of HDIL Exotica
Q: When the project will complete? Has builder got all the permissions? Do you have any idea? -Sasmira

Hi, Ive been talking to 2 executives at bandra and kurla.. both are giving different possession dates. from what i could gather, possession will be given end of 2015. btw they are now open for agreement. currently quoting approx 11500 pr sqft now.. but if u are an old investor trying to sell off then you wont get anything more than 8-9k pr sqft.., btw hdil is also charging approx Rs800 pr sqft for transferring the flats.. they are literally robbing investors in broad daylight..
