On the other hand, Altis Oceanique by Altis Properties is a ready-to-move-in project, located at East Coast Road - ECR, Chennai, offering 2 and 3 flats. Its variants are available from 1250 - 1255 sqft in 2BHK and 1600 - 2571 in 3BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.6000 per sqft. If you can negotiate a little, you can get a good deal in both of the projects.
