Any feedback or information on Hamsadhwani?
Q: I am planning to book a plot in Hamsadhwani but couldn't find any info in the net, as it is recently launched. Have anyone bought a plot at Hamsadhwani? Any feedback or information on this would be appreciated.

Karthik, I heard that the pre-launch price was around Rs 1000 per sft. Not sure about current rate.

Hamdhwani is very near to rajagopuram hardly 300ft. Also the rate is inclusive carparking, cauvery water deposit, drainage deposit and registration charges. Over all it is nice.
