gram panchayat approved plots
Q: i am planning to buy villa plot in gated community named sri sai gardenia in Hulimangala panchayat, near electronic city at 800 Rs per SQFt in the gated community, which is really low as compared to adjoining areas. it is in Bangalore Urban so developer says it may soon come under BBMP. its not DC converted. It is only panchayat approved & BDA NoC, no other approval, Anyone please let me know the possible legal complication that can arise in future. Is it safe?

Latest Answer: I can share the photos, videoes of assault on me, copy of FIR, DOCUMENTS OF JAYAKUMAR'S REAL MOTIVE of not developing the layout . ALSO HE IS USING HENCHMEN TO deter the site owners not to take possession of the sites.
