Feedback on Royal Splendour
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy property from Royal Splendour, Chennai. Wanted to know about the builder, their puntuality in delivery, flexibility in terms of minor changes in plan, quality of contruction, etc.

Hi, me too have booked an apartment in ADVAYA (kovur). I am yet to sign the agreement. The agreement had some unusual clauses which made me panic. Looking for an opinion/feedback from previous purchasers.
I BELIEVE ROYAL SPLENDOUR IS GOING WITH NEVER ENDING COMMITMENTS ON THE CMDA APPROVAL, WANT TO CHECK IF ANY ONE YOU HAVE ASKED FOR THE REFUND OF MONEY
