Sir, Yes I am aware. But Golden Homes claims that all builders in chennai are charging extra. I am looking for details of builders who are officially charging for parking spaces. Hi Viswanathan, you are right. But still there are some builders who still charge for parking space and innocent buyers are charged twice for the same parking space :(
Dear Mr Kiran Kumar, If you have authentic proof for such charge by any builder kindly share the same.
