ANSAL API has launched Golf City in Lucknow with Paradise diamond and all of us who bought flats in the schme are being cheated by ansals.After paradise diamond many schemes were launched by them and they have started construction of the same much earlier,but i dont know that why they are not initiating construction of Paradise Diamond.Every time you ask their local office in Lucknow and you get a answer that in next 3 months it will start.More then one and half year is passed but still no construction has started.In contract they have mentioned that flats will be delivered in 36 months,but going by this pace i dont think that we can get the flats even in 60 months.I need a clearification from them about this pathetis status of thier flag ship launch of paradise diamond in lucknow.
The matter regarding construction of paradise diamond was discussed with pushkar singh( Sr Project manager) over his mobile today.. He Informed that LDA approval has been obtained and banks will give loans for paradise diamond, He also told that few blocks of paradise diamond 1 i.e F E and H will be constructed along with PD 2. My comments to replies
Dear friends, I am much concerned now after seeing that PD2 bookies have got the demand notice. I have booked a flat in PD1 and my sources in lucknow tells that ansal is planing to construct PD2 and disputed blocks will be shifted by increasing the floors of PD2 towers and very soon they are going to contact us to select one of those in exchange.
My three questions here -
1. Do they have necessary approvals to do so? Should't one of us verify same by using RTI?
2. Did PD2 buyers really got the demand notes and paid as well?
3. Can we believe that they are even going to construct PD2 itself or their intention is to get get the next installments as well from PD2 and PD1 buyers and keep them guessing while their money is badly stuck with this builder.
Please suggest and update us of any developments.
@Ratnesh Dwivedi- Ur booked flat is in PD1 or PD2. I have info that F, G and H block of PD1 is clear. I have a flat in H-block of PD1. Ansal says that they will start the construction of 3 blocks of PD1 along with all blocks of PD2 by July 13. I have not received any call notice for my booked flat, as my flat is under down-payment plan. If u no any person who has booked flat under down-payment plan.. Plz let me no so that we can fight with d builder for d better deal. Plz reply..

this is now unbelievable stuff!! but I am very sure that this is true...I am ALSO convinced now that ansals are in no mood to give our flats...they are just sitting on our money and false promise...
@Aviral shukla - pls don't trust ansals..whenever I would have called them or met them personally to seek any status..they have given same statement - "construction is going to start from two months from now"...trust me each time...

@ajay shukla- Whn did u book ur flat n at wht rate?? U no ny person who has booked flat in paradise diamond 1, n living in lucknow..?? He will be d right person for further updates...
