KDP ETHOS launched by kdp group in raj nagar extn. was a fraud, they needed money for completing their project Grand Savana. so they launched Kdp Ethos. now after 2 years of booking they still don't have approval neither they will ever have, because their purpose is over. now as a buyer i am cheated. now there is a huge price gap for present properties.don't know what to do? any suggestions???

I managed to find khasra No. of KDP Ethos, Khsra no. is 920 if any one have any idea of GDA then please try to find what exactly the issue is with Approval. As per KDP officials road is not passed by GDA so the approval is not coming.

Everyone who ever has booked flat in KDP ETHOS. don't cancel u r bookings because that is what builder wants. because that project would be definitely relaunched with new price may be with new name, but if u have not cancelled ur booking, builder will have to give u flats on ur booking rates. u dont need any agreement for this just keep u r transaction details. it has happened in Noida Extension. Can anyone who has knowledge about legal issues can confirm it.
