Q: I visited the site in March'12 and then in June'12. I can hardly see any progress in the I tower. Can anyone tell me if there is any legal issue with I-Tower of Cloud9 Indrapuram? I would also like to know if there is any online group of people who have invested in I-tower so that I can stay connected to this group for questions and updates.

Dear Nitin, it's a trap. Don't fall for it. These people have got their approvals after a lot of delay and construction is going to begin soon. Now they want to return our money so that they can sell the houses again at revised market rates and make money out of it. I bought a 2BHK flat at Rs 30.75 lakh. I think joining a facebook community page is a good idea. I have been told that approvals will be in place by October 2013. I have sold my property after talking to lawyer and also got a hefty compensation. After payment of bank loan and considering the interest rate, I get to pocket Rs 21 lakh. This was possible because my lawyer threatened to take Rishabh to court since they don't have permit and they illegally collected money.
