HI, I was also planning to buy this one, but then luckily had a look at their previous project Charitha Classic, which is on the way to Greenwoods. The inputs from the residents there are very bad. This apartment has already been given for occupancy by the builder but the living conditions are not yet habitable, with the garbage lying all around the building. Few info that I could get from the residents there were like lifts not yet functional, no power back up, car parking slots not allotted, intercom not provided.... to name a few. Also the project already has a delay of 1 year and the builder is yet to finish work on the common areas. If you have a look at the current state of the building it in no way looks a newly constructed apartment.
