Q: How can I convert my bbmp b khata property to bbmp a khata property?

There nothing such as conversion from B to A Khata. Yes once all reasons for being in the B registry are sorted out, you need to get the registry moved into A and then they give you the khata extract which is nothing but proof of being in the A registry. There are several things to be checked, verified and studied for each case. Before buying a B khata (so-called by public), which basically doesn't have an A Khata, check with the seller if they can do it before the deal is closed or payments are made. It's always easier for the sellers to manage this. In any case, if anyone requires to get the change from B khata to A khata done,.. We are real estate investment advisors in India.
can anyone help us to covert a land in ramurthy nagar nri layout from b khata to a khata? all these pRoperties are not dc converted .
