It is very good project. Big gated community with a very good association. All basic facilities are available within the community and it is very close to IT companies like Infosys in electronics city. One of the best projects of Ittina Group so far. There is lot of vacant space inside , good construction quality and also good air and ventilation in the buildings which you can hardly find these days (as these days it will be a cramped up construction !! ) I am staying there for many years and I am very happy overall. Good for investment on a longer term basis. The best part I like in Neela is pollution free air and no honking sounds of vehicles. Feels fresh !It is very good project.
