Ya I am owning a top floor flat and the biggest advantage is that I get the whole of the Terrace for myself ! When my friends come, we go to the terrace and eat dinner together in the open air terrace. It helps being in the top floor, as if I am getting a private terrace !! I love that. Atmosphere is so calm and quite & very safe too. And a flat always looks good if you maintain it good. If you don't maintain it good, then your flat will have tons of problem be it a Shoba's flat or Prestige's flat or Mantri's flat - So don't go by one or two person's negative reviews. Some people rent their house to bachelors and people who doesn't care about your property. Then your most beautiful flat will look like a rat house with all sorts of leaks and issues everywhere.
