I don't know whether i have made the worst decision of investing with them..
Very unprofessional team, who have millions of stories explaining what causes the delay..
I made full down payment in 2012.. when indian rupee was strong unlike since last six months...
the other side of the coin is optimist.. in over seas they have channel partners in middleast uk and usa,
they establish proper communication and do say project has not yet started but will anytime soon, however people in noida always end by saying next month next month next month ...withdrawing money is another big mistake.. hope project will commence by this year at;east..
Vipul, even I feel the same. I paid the initial booking amount back in Dec 2010 and every-time I call them, they say they will start construction next month and will give possession by end of the year. Not sure what is going on with this project.

Hi. I booked a flat in Gayatri Aura in Dec 2011 when they just started advertising and I have already paid them 2 installments (around 7 lks) (Around 3.5 lks in Dec 2011 while booking and remaining 3.5 lakhs in feb 2013).. Initially I was told that i will get the possession in Mid 2013 but then because of land issues, it was on hold.
Can someone please tell what is the status of this project. Is it approved. I am getting worried as I have paid them a big amount and the thoughts are coming that will I ever get the possession of this flat or i have lost my money. Please update ..
