I have booked a flat in LDA srishti apartment flat Kursi rd scheme 3 years back. Can any one please tell me what is the status of project. LDA people even do not pick the phone.

I would be going to consumer court under the act mentioned by parul saxena. 3 years passed but ground work is yet to begun for Sulabh? If you do not give full payment, LDA will charge interest on your remaining payment. If you make full payment your investment is dead. I have made full payment. Yesterday I visited Sulabh Awas Janakipuram. LDA has created a boundary wall around Sulabh Awas, Janakipuram. In Sulabh 2 BHK flat, tiles are laid in all rooms, bathrooms & balconies. Paint is also done outside buidling. By this time they should have given possession. I had filed an RTI query to Lucknow regarding status of Sulabh Awas Yojna Janakipuram. I got the reply from LDA that it will be handed after December, 2013. After I visited the site, I realised that 50% of the work is compled.
