I've booked a flat in SLS Silicon Valley 2 weeks ago after looking around. I want to know how reliable able this builder is, their historic on-time & quality delivery, the potential of Belathur as a location & any specific issues about this project I should be aware of.
I booked in Block 1 as they said all blocks will be delivered together. Yesterday they said it will be delayed as management decided to sell it as phase 2.

Excellence project at this location...with all legal documents placed... 250 apartments... Only need to see how the builder will keep their promises...!! Locality is very promising... metro sation is planned in kadugodi that will be hardly 10 minutes of walk...
The project is near to the main road (Belthur to Domasandra to NH4) and the area fully residential area.. all residential flats are coming up... near by super market is opended recetly... all daily commodities are easily available... Mount litera Zee school is within 1 KM distance... I felt area is good for end use...(This is based on my research and understanding) If you want you can research the area and check if you like it or not ! All the best :)

OC can be obtained with out Commencement certificate / Completion certificate ....penalty amount needs to be paid...
