Q: Hi, i am planning to book a flat in Myhna new project @ varthur. Can anyone who has booked flat in myhna mandevill @ kundanhalli date give me feedback about this builder & current project. Q: Hi, I am planning to book a flat in VAHE IMPERIAL GARDEN @ varthur Bangalore. Anyone who has already booked a flat in this project OR VAHE LANDMARK @ varthur Bangalore, may plz give details & review about the builder & this project. So that I can make my decision fast.

I like this project in-spite of high sqft cost. But i could not accept BWSSB/BESCOM, VAT, Service TAX charges. Cost in Gunjur start from 2650, Myhna project which is 14 floor building cost 2850 and no floor charges. But Veha basic cost is 3000+ plus 25rs per floor charged from 4th floor. Veha calculation on BESCOM/VAT/ServiceTax 1) BWSSB/BESCOM sqft*200, which is very high compared to any big builder. 2) VAT 14.5% on (Basic cost+Carparking+BWSSB/BESCOM/Amenities) Very high 3) Service TAX 12.36 on (Basic cost+Carparking+BWSSB/BESCOM/Amenities) Very highI like this project in-spite of high sqft cost.
