Hi, I saw Mahaveer Amaze near Chaitanya Anananya Villas. Project has 2 and 3 BHK's and costing Rs 3250 per sq ft..
Would like to know who else has booked here, any legal issues ?
I am interested on this property and followed all of your discussion (It is worth to discuss things together ).
The Mahaveer builder is saying that he is going to provide the CC, OC and NOC to us. But I have enquired it with other builder in the same locality they are saying that in Panchayt katha (BDA approved) there is no OC. It is applicable for only BBMP. Is that true? If that is the case how come Mahaveer builder says that they are going to provide the OC and other certificates.
