Q: I have a choice between the below: 1) 3BHK - 1580 SQFT good quality 8 years old flat in good location for about 63 lakhs 2) 3 BHK - 1327 SQFT under construction apartment in a good location for about 74 lakhs. Choosing a old apartment not only saves 11 lakhs but gives me more space. I have to get wood work done for both anyways so that cost difference is negligible. Face lift for old apartment might cost about 2-3 lakhs, but the new one under construction will be available after a year, so i can earn atleast 25k rent per month on the old one in one year! I am confused! Please advice

Latest Answer: Nagesh, The old apartment is in Banashankari 3rd Stage, right opposite KIMS and the new one is near banashankari temple about 20 mtrs from banashankari market. Both are about 3 kms apart.
