Do not even go for Rent
Q: Do not even go for Rent. There is no association and maintenance chanrge is high. Shoes and other thinhgs were stollen from this. Also cars are getting scrathed by some people night time.

Q: Hi All, I am planning to buy a resale flat in A block of the project. It is in 1st floor. Please let me know any feedback for the same in terms of location, area, association etc.

Hi, I am purchasing a resale flat in A block of the of the complex. It's in GB Palya near Robert Bosch, Hosur Road.I shall be the second owner. The flat is 4 years old. Current owner is asking for 40 lac. Please suggest if this is feasible.
