Hi Bijay... If the stay order is obtained, how the work is progressing at full swing. My bank has checked the EC and said that the EC is clear and hence the SBI has approved loan for that project. Even if the project is belongs to any politicians, he/she cannot continue the work if any real STAY order is obtained from the court unless the court remove the STAY ORDER. Anyone can go and file a complain the local police station, but I am just questioning the validity of such kind of complain.Hi Bijay...
