It's a cheater..It used low quality materials
Q: It constructs living spaces like Godown without any windows/no natural light. u might need to rely on electricity 365*24 hr a year.. otherwise u can find your rooms..

Raj....you are telling is absolutely correct. I am victim for the same. I also booked an flat in AltaVista but till now they didn't handover the flat to us. Now i am paying both Rent and EMI from the past 1 and 1/2 year. Whenever we ask for Compensation then these bloody people will tell we will refund the same money whatever the Sqt Ft price we purchased the flat. Now most of the employees are also resigning from Shanders group. Recently Fire and Safety inspection also failed and now they started drilling all the flats for installing Water sprinklers....such a pathetic situation i didn't faced in my life.... So its my advice please think twice before you go.....
hello, just wanted an opinion on the current status of Alta vista. As there are few units left, can we think of investing?
