For last 4 days I am continously writing mails and calling corporate office for response to my Queries.
Today I spoke with secretary of Residential Sales VP after dropping a mail and she informed me that if it was
mentioned in the Agreement? If not then you should have read the agreement before signing.
I Informed her that we were given the copy to sign only at the REgistrar Office then how can we read before signing?
I also asked her if you go by agreement then why you are not complying with the posession date mentioned in the agreement
which is delayed by more than 2 years.

Hi Abdul, We have form a Group of Premier Residences Flat owners and doing protest at HDIL site and Bandra office against Illegal demand and same is being covered in media as well.

I would like to Update you all that I have Booked Flat at Premier REsidency Flat in 2009 and today I visited the site for posession and came to know that most of the things which they have commited and mentioned in the Brochure on company's website as well are not being delivered like Club House, childrens Play area, Indoor Game Room.
also the Electrical Fitting which they used are low Quality and even all Piping are not of Jaquar or Kohler which they mentioned.
The official person mentioned that we have not mentioned in the Agreement.
So People please read the agreement properly and ensure all the amenities are mentioned.
