As per my knowledge goes DS Max builders is one of the reputed builders. They have built numerous projects. So i feel it is worth buying a property from DS Max.
I am looking for a property in DS Max Spring Nest. What is the price they are quoting for the properties?

Q: Any idea when was the project launched and what is the price per sqft going on? Is it a BBMP approval and can I avail home loan from State Bank of India for this project?

My comments to replies
As far as I know the project was launched in the month April and they have already started with the construction work. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 5500 and you can avail loan from banks like LIC, HDFC and Axis. State Bank of India approval is under process.

Q: My dad is planning to invest in this project. Can anyone provide me details about the project?

The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1300sqft to 1900sqft. There will be 180 units and it is a G+13 elevation with 2 towers. The project is spread over 2 acres of land and it is is located at Iblur Junction in Outer Ring Road Bangalore.
Looking for expert advice... Is it a good idea to invest in east Bangalore?

Yes GR Sagar Nivas is a completed project. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1175 1585 Sq.Ft. The price of the apartment starts from rs 41 lakhs on wards.
Which government body and banks have approved the project? What kind of amenities are provided?
