Hello Badrinath, Even I have inquired about the project and the booking is open. The booking amount is Rs 1 lakh. The project is under construction and the expected possession is by 2016. BBMP and banks like HDFC, LIC, SBI, State Bank of Mysore have approved the project.
What is the rate per sqft going on? How is the connectivity? What about Bhoomi pooja?
The land area will be 1575 sqft along with super built up area 2650 sqft. The price they are quoting is Rs 91 lakhs which includes cost of land, construction cost, stamp duty, BESCOM, BWSSB, infrastructure cost and common amenity usage charges.

Alanoville is an ongoing project and the project is expected to get completed by July 2017. The project offers 4 bhk row villas and there will be 75 row villas.
How will a row villa cost in this project? Is the 4 bhk row villas luxurious? What all amenities the project is offering?
