Q: How to obtain Occupany Certificate and A Katha transfer and at what time we need to get all these for the apartment in Bangalore

Latest Answer: It is mandatory that the builder should obtain Occupancy Certificate from the Bruhat Bangalore Mahangara Palike. Only after issuing the certificate, an owner or builder can granted permission to occupy the building. The certificate is issued under the provisions of by-law 5.6 of the Bruhat Bangalore Mahangara Palike Building By-Laws 2003.
