Klazina is not going to deliver any of it's project on time or after 3-6 months. If anybody saying anything on this, please ask him to talk to me. Now i am afraid there must be something going on & i don't know. There is no boundary fencing, no sign board, literally nothing. Even KCL attendant over there also don't know the exact location of project. Now I feel i invested in wrong place.

I have booked a plot in Klazina Gateway residency on 04th Dec 2013. Today its 4th Dec 2015 and even after 2 years of booking, the developer has not got all the Govt. Clearances and approval and I am also doubtful whether company has all the adequate Ownership title for the Land proposed for the project. Iam planing to sue Klazian Consultants Ltd. and M3M Realtors Mr. BD. Mehta for collectively duping and fraudung with me.

I do agree with you. I also have 2 plots in gateway residency & till now Klazina don't even have complete land ownership. It's been more than 2 years. Please let me know what we can do against this. May be we can collectively approach Klazina or something.

Hi Amit, Builder reputation is still suspicious. Gateway residency rates are increased on sites only but in actual if you are going to buy something, you can get older rates as it was in mid 2013.
Even they started a new firm with different name so that they can catch new investors. So be careful. Nobody from Klazina will entertain you after final deal, all fake commitment & promises.

Fraud by Klazina consultants ltd., Gateway residency, Neemrana Rajsathan. This builder looted crores of rupees from investors and despite repeated complaints, Police department is not lodging FIR or taking any concrete step which is raising doubt about police department role with Builder. I think its waste to pay taxes in India because through our taxes, salary of corrupt Babus and police officials is being paid who are mainly to protect Fraudsters like Klazina Builder Alok Rustogi, Lalit Modi, Vijjay Mallaya and scores of other fraudster.

I came to know that Gateway Towers is now available with subvention, where I have to pay only 10% now. Seniors please advice.
I suggest you yo check the land documents carefully before investing. I heard Klazina is launching the projects without lands ownership, like Gateway residency project. This project was launched almost before 2 years but till now they are not even have 50% land area. Be careful friend.

I booked a plot in Klazina Neemaran gateway project on 04 Feb 2013 and they told me that company will deliver plots in 2 years or you can also benefit from their Buyback offer with 15% annual retur. I paid 50% of the cost to the company which was around 235000/- . After 2 years when i enquired about my plot, the company made excuses and they also not returned my invested money.What should I do,if any body can suggest @sunildawar02@rediffmail.com

Sunil Ji, This company is already seized by police and the owner is in Bhondsi jail. You can get more information in Sadar police station. Klazina don't have that land where they proposed this project. We all screwed. Let's hope our legal system will help us to get our money back.

One of the Klazina's broker told me that company is launching two new projects this year with complete land and all approvals in place. Looks like company is trying to shape up their Real-Estate division.
Hello Dileep, As per my knowledge Klazina don't have complete lands of existing projects and no approval. Even document no. (khasra no.) shown by brokers, is belongs to someone else. They are trying to buy complete land but not succeeded yet. So be careful. I am one of the victim who's invested in 4 plots last year.
