khaleel, Your question is right. It is not an unapproved layout, the layout is approved by the panchayat and they have all the basic amenities. More over the developer seems to be very positive and they have vast experience in this field. They also explained about the procedures for CMDA approval, which will save nearly 800-900 rupees compared to the CMDA pre approved ones. After I bought, they have fulfilled all the promises and recently I visited the site, and I was really surprised and happy to see the improvements. Just near the entrance arch near new fuel station has come up, Outer ring road is ready to use, people has started construction in Supradeepam, the developer has started constructing a Temple as promised.
