Q: what are the advantages of buying plots with supradeepam? The plots they sell are unapproved inspite of premium price of Rs.999 psqft. what are the risks as well?

Yes you are right Kunal, it is very close to outer ring road and all the new developments are happening in west part of chennai, That is Thirumalisai township, monorail and green field airport. Considering all these, its worth buying. khaleel, Your question is right. It is not an unapproved layout, the layout is approved by the panchayat and they have all the basic amenities. More over the developer seems to be very positive and they have vast experience in this field. They also explained about the procedures for CMDA approval, which will save nearly 800-900 rupees compared to the CMDA pre approved ones. After I bought, they have fulfilled all the promises and recently I visited the site, and I was really surprised and happy to see the improvements. Just near the entrance arch near new fuel station has come up, Outer ring road is ready to use, people has started construction in Supradeepam, the developer has started constructing a Temple as promised. I am really happy to see such improvements within 6 months, I will strongly recommend to my friends and the people who are reading this post.khaleel, Your question is right.
