Buying a Grama natham land
Q: Hi..what type of land is Grama natham? i m getting an option to buy a land which comes under Grama Natham, but the owner does not have any document or patta.

what does mean Nathan Manakkattu ? Ppl said it's not a porambooku land or govt land .. FUI, The seller gave me d copy of all d documents like 1. Register doc 2. Kootu patta 2.
