Q: How is Gwal pahari area Gurgaon from investment point of view? I have heard of ASF insignia IT SEZ do any one know about the builder and project? any suggestions???

I was going through their website and i found their brochure which has all the details about the project. The basic cost of the project is Rs. 75L onwards – Rs. 7,000 per sq. ft.The project is spread over 50 Acers and the existing cost of the location is minimum Rs. 7500 per sq. ft. However there is a word in the market that its being offered to those 3 company employees at a handsome discount of Rs 700/ sq ft. Hello Sahil, Gwal pahari area in gurgaon is still developing many townships have landed in the area. ASF insignia is on of them it is an IT SEZ project. they are offering 2,3BHK air conditioned apartments with all the required amenities. the builders are highly reputed and 30% of their projects are already booked. but one of my friend told me that it is only for the employees of TCS,IBM and Ericsson but the project is really promising. Q: Hello everyone, I found this ASF insignia property (Delhi-Gurgaon Border) quiet appealing as the amenities they are offering is really good. But I am little confused about investing in the project as I am not clear about the concept of IT-SEZ. Any information will be helpful.

Hello megha, Sez’s are special economic zones which are recognized by government of India and hence are totally safe from investment point of view. SEZ properties are leased property. One cannot own the property but can take it on lease for a decided no of years by the organization.
