Can anybody enlighten me regarding the groundwater issue in Perungudi, due to the waste dump and dumping of waste in Pallikaranai Marsh. I was told the brackishness of the water is increasing and even with purification the water in days to come cannot be used except for flushout. So one has to buy water for drinking and washing clothes.
