Hi, I recently checked up with SV developers regarding Maple meadows Phase 2 (right next to phase 1) and they are quoting 1000/sft. I am not sure if this is a good price as one of my contacts had inquired a few months ago and had got a quote of 600/sft. Seems like a lot of speculation. However, i am wondering about the gram panchayat permissions to form the layout.
