Q: I have 2BHK flat in Assotech Windsor Court Sector 78-Noida. I want to sell it so kindly suggest whether this is the right time to seel or not and also suggest what price i should expect if i sell it right now. Will be very greatful to you for the expert view. Also kindly brief about the builder also.

Dear Samar Ji, Unit size is 990 and i have purchased at 3450 all inclusive so suggest what should be the sell value and what will be expected rise in next 2-3 month from now on.
