I have booked a plot here. The project specifications seem good and its a villa/plot mix so likely to develop faster compared to plot only projects.
Guys, we have also finally booked a plot here. everything looks good , once it is launched it will be a very good investment .if anyone is creating a common forum for the plot / villa owners ..please share the forum name here to join...

SRR Oxigen offers plots, villas and high-end villas and the area has also seen many development. So I think it is an better option to buy a property in this project now as they will increase the rate after the launch.
they are still awaiting blue print, is it worth paying ~1400 psft in the pre-launch ? for the surrounding projects are quoting around 1200 psft for the alunched projects,....does anyone could negotiate anything in the price?
