Forget everything - the possession has been delayed twice. It was supposed to be handed over by july 2014, then December 2014, now it is March 2015. And no compensation from builder.

Has anyone asked for monthly fine which is Rs 5 /Sqft? What is the promise made to you?
Builder has given the answer that it will be adjusted in final demand; and three month penalty will not be applicable.

Does anyone know about the quality of construction? someone has told me that inner plaster is very poor.
Yes; Most of the flats have problem; builder says that it is a finishing issue; and will be corrected at the time of possession. Not sure.
