Review about Color Homes, Color Fields.
Q: Color Fields is big fraud. Please don't buy in their Sholinganallur project.. I don't know about their other projects but I personally know about there Sholinganallur project.

Ours is one of their earlier projects, done on turn key basis There were so many problems, though they delivered the house on date. Even after two years of construction they are now attending all the problems, though very slowly. My answer is you can rely on this builder, but while under construction keep inspecting, and keep an eye on plumbing, electrical, and tiling materials and work. we were one of the initial clients of color homes. Our building is in palavanthangal,built by color homes on turn key basis in 2011. Right from the day one we have so many problems in electrical wiring, plumbing,etc. we did it again at exorbitant cost. FROM THE THIRD MONTH OF OUR OCCUPATION ALL OUR BATHROOMS AND UTILITIES ARE LEAKING HEAVILY. NO HELP FROM THE BUILDER. NOW HE IS NOT EVEN ANSWERING OUR CALLS. THIS IS A CAUTION TO EVERYBODY. THEY WILL NOT DO THE WIRING, WATER PROOFING, PLUMBING PROPERLY. THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO ANSWER YOU. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THIS BUILDER.
