Would like to know whether it is safe to invest in lords city, builder reputation and the actual time of possession.

Any idea on the progress in construction?
Construction of the model bunglows (2K, 4K & 6K) in progress. The connectivity is not bad. However the company is unwilling to share property document copies. e.g. land porcha, copy of mother deed etc. which raises concern. All they would be providing is an allotment letter and a letter comprising of the daag no. for the land after upfront payment of 20% of the land cost. I haven't heard about Lords group in real estate earlier, neither they have experience in delivering projects of similar scale but very few smaller apartment complexes.
